Cabernet Sauvignon Tempranillo Blend


This blend consists of 60% Tempranillo grapes and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.


VISUAL PHASE:

Ruby-colored wine with edges orange, espa pedia intensity.


OLFACTORY PHASE

On the nose, aroma of dairy and displays a subtle, cherry note, marked with a hint of freshly baked bread and spices such as cumin and white pepper.


TASTING PHASE:

In the mouth a good presence with a marked acidity as well as fine tannins with hints of wood and Dark Chocolate

















Chardonnnay


A green-skinned grape variety used to make white wine.


VISUAL PHASE!

Straw yellow with good clarity, bright and cheerful.


OLFACTORY PHASE

On the nose with aromas of green apple and pineapple


TASTING PHASE:

A fresh wine on the palate that invites you to taste it. It is a cheerful and light wine while still having a sophisticated presence and refreshing acidity




















SPARKING

Our sparkling wine is produced following the "Ancestral Method", which consists of bottling the wine before the initial fermentation is complete. 100% Barbera (grape variety) is used to create a fresh, natural and balanced wine with fine and consistent bubbles.


VISUAL PHASE!

With good acidity, present and balanced, elegant and bright ocher color.


OLFACTORY PHASE

It has fruity aromas.

TASTING PHASE:

In the mouth It feels alive with a slightly saline but pleasant finish. It is a perfect sparkling wine as an aperitif, >







Nebbiolo

It is a single-variety wine made from 100% NEBBIOLO grapes and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Nebbiolo can be combined with both Italian and Mexican food, pizzas, pastas, cochinita tacos or some medallions with Jamaican pasta.


VISUAL PHASE:

We see a reddish, slightly purple heat and it is already a wine with a medium-high layer, very clean and a little bright with spicy notes and a lot of cherry, blackberry, chocolate and a little cinnamon.


OLFACTORY PHASE

It is a very intense wine with well-defined tannins, very firm and with a lot of power despite being a young wine and if we oxygenate it a little it will open up and evolve to be better.


TASTING PHASE:

It is a wine with a long palate that is very palatable and in conclusion a

Very drinkable wine.











Mourvedre / Syrah Blend

This blend consists of 50% Mourvedre grapes and 50% Syrah grapes.


VISUAL PHASE:

Bright wine with garnet red tones with a medium-high layer of violets.


OLFACTORY PHASE

On the nose, it is a sophisticated wine that evolves with oxygenation. It starts with a (floral) aroma which changes to ripe red fruits as the minutes pass, ending with a subtle aroma of leather.


TASTING PHASE:

On the palate it is a round velvety wine with a good acidity which gives it freshness and life, its tannins are firm but not overwhelming allowing it to have a good permanence in the mouth. In the aftertaste there is a touch of pepper, dark chocolate, tobacco without ceasing to have a fruity background.















Claret

In the 2021 vintage bottles we used 100% Crenache (grape varietal), but in 2022 we plan to use our own 100% Mourvedre grapes to create this bleu wine.

Floral, fruity, aromatic, a delight on a spring afternoon, strawberries. Good quality, pairing with fish in herb vats.


VISUAL PHASE:

A soft, light wine with a pale peach color.


OLFACTORY PHASE

It has tones of peach, strawberry and mandarin.


TASTING PHASE:

Medium body, medium dry, medium acidity, short fruity finish.
